Get inside the tool rollout rather than waiting for it. Over the next ninety days, ask to be in the group that tests, checks or signs off whatever new system arrives near reviewing data, load weights, fuel supplies and weather conditions to determine flight plans. It is usually an unglamorous seat that nobody fights for, and it is the one that decides how the software is used on your job rather than to it.
